Terms

Paid tiers include a 30-day free trial with no card required. When a trial ends without an upgrade, the account moves to the Free tier with no data loss.

Subscriptions renew monthly or annually until cancelled. Cancelling moves you to the Free tier at the end of the current billing period, and you can export your data at any time.

Tier caps are measured from sow events recorded in the product. Capacity beyond your tier is arranged with us directly.
