Your farm’s data — orders, plans, batches, customers — belongs to you. We process it only to run MicroFarm Manager for your farm and never sell it.

On this website we record anonymous, first-party funnel events (page views and trial-button clicks) and any campaign tags in the link you arrived from, to understand which pages help farms decide. Roadmap suggestions you submit are stored with the optional email you provide.

Buyer payments never pass through MicroFarm Manager’s accounts. When a farm connects its own Razorpay or Stripe account, payment links and in-app checkout are processed by that provider and paid straight to the farm; we store the farm’s Razorpay or Stripe secret key encrypted and keep only the payment status, amount and the provider’s reference on the order, never card or bank details. Subscription billing is handled by Razorpay in India and Dodo Payments internationally.
